Once payment is received, the item will be dispatched within 2 working days (Mon – Fri). All of our items are dispatched using 1st Class Royal Mail post service.

Free Size Exchanges:
We provide a free size exchanges service. If the shoes you ordered are not the right size for you, simply return them to us and we will exchange it for you and send it back free of charge. We recommend you to use recorded delivery when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

• Must be returned within 28 days
• Item must be returned in Original/Unused condition
• Return postage and packing are NOT refundable
